We offer two sizes — 160 sq ft and 320 sq ft — with options for windows, doors, floors and awnings. Every cabin is delivered ready to live in, including a bathroom, kitchenette, insulation, electrical service, lighting, water heater, and beadboard interior walls.

About Us
Six years ago we started building steel homes and cabins for our neighbors in South Texas. Over time we kept hearing the same thing from customers — quality tiny homes cost too much.
Casa 622 was built to fix that. We design cabins that are priced for people who want a durable space without a lot of debt. They are delivered ready to live in, and left open for you to finish your way.
Casa 622 cabins are built by hand in small batches — we produce just four cabins per month to make sure every one meets our standard. We are currently taking orders and growing our waiting list.
