One steel envelope. Three levels of finish.
Every 320 starts as the same 320 square feet of one-trip 40-foot high-cube steel, framed and insulated in our shop in Goliad. What changes between the Sport, the Comfort and the Classic is how far we take it before it leaves the yard.
Three models, same footprint
The floor plan does not change: kitchen at one end, bath at the other, sleeping area behind a partial partition. Pick the model by how finished you want it the day the trailer pulls away.

Sport 320
- Sanded plywood walls and ceiling, unpainted
- Sheet vinyl floor, contractor-grade fixtures
- R-13 fiberglass batt insulation, solid exterior doors
- No appliances — finish it your way, or use it as is

Comfort 320
- Beadboard paneling, walls and ceiling
- Dark vinyl plank floor, half-light exterior doors
- R-19 fiberglass walls, mineral wool ceiling
- Contractor-quality appliance package included

Classic 320
- Tinted beadboard with painted plywood and chair molding
- Smooth plywood ceilings, sconces plus overhead lighting
- Wood countertops, upgraded appliances
- Spray foam over batt — the quietest, tightest build we make
What the extra twenty feet buys.
The 320 is the line people choose when the cabin is somewhere they will actually live rather than somewhere they will sleep. The high cube gives 8′3″ floor to ceiling, which is most of the difference in how the room feels. The length gives a real kitchen run, a separate sleeping area behind a partition, and a bath you are not backing out of.
- Full-height ceiling from a 40-foot high cube
- Sleeping area screened from the living space
- 21″-deep cabinet run with apartment-sized appliances
- Two exterior doors, so the plan works as one room or two
Built, not rendered
The model pages show what we build to spec. These are 320s that have already gone out the gate, including several where the owner took the exterior somewhere of their own.

Exterior paint, awnings, decks and security bars are all options. The cabins leave the shop finished; what goes around them is up to the owner.
