Pads that earn year-round.
An RV pad turns over. A cabin does not. Casa 622 builds a repeatable 320 sf unit on a steel frame — delivered finished, set at grade, and identical from the first unit to the twelfth. Built in Goliad, delivered in Texas.
What changes when the unit is yours
The case for cabins on pads
- Monthly rate is set by the unit you own, not the rig the tenant tows in
- Longer average stays — workers and seasonal tenants sign for months, not nights
- Steel shell, hard flooring, no slide-outs and no roof seams to chase
- The unit stays when the tenant leaves; so does the revenue line
- Movable if the site plan changes — it left the yard on a trailer once already
Where these are going
- RV parks converting back pads to long-stay cabin rentals
- Workforce housing along the coastal bend and the Rio Grande Valley
- Ranch and lease-camp quarters for crews and guests
- Small developments phasing in a few units at a time
- Guard shacks and site offices — we build those too, down to 8×10
Run it with your own numbers
We are not going to hand you a projection. Put your rates and your costs in and see what the math says. Nothing is sent to us.
Simple payback is capital divided by net operating income, before financing, taxes, land, utilities infrastructure and pad work. It is arithmetic on your inputs, not a forecast, and it is not investment advice.

Pad count, timing, and whether power and septic are in the ground. We will come back with a per-unit number, a delivery window and the build slots we can hold.
