Sport 160
The least cabin that is still a whole cabin. Bath, kitchenette and a place to sleep, wrapped in pine plywood and left that way. It is the model that goes to deer camps, to the back of a property as a bunk room, and to owners who would rather put their own hands on the inside.
Everything that matters, and nothing that doesn't.
Pine plywood on the walls, the ceiling and the floor, left unfinished. The bath is a molded surround and a toilet behind an accordion door. The kitchenette is a counter, a sink and the openings for whatever you decide to put under them. It is warm, it is dry, it locks, and the water runs — which for a deer camp is the whole list.
Pine, and only pine
One material on every surface, ready for paint, stain or nothing at all. It also means a scuff is fixed with sandpaper rather than a phone call.
The bath is real
A full shower surround with a proper pan, not a camp rinse-off. The plumbing stubs out under the floor for your plumber to tie into septic.
Appliances left to you
The counter, the sink and the circuits are in. A dorm refrigerator and a two-burner top fit the run without crowding it.
Locks up when you leave
Steel walls, a steel door and no soft spots. A security door and window bars are an option, and a popular one on cabins that sit empty from February to November.
